I am researching the topic of food waste. This article helps a ton with my topic, because it mentions different examples about what happens to food when people do not eat it and just throw it away. It mentions organizations that help prevent food waste, and it also gives us a bit of real statistics of how much food is being wasted and how much money it is worth. This website is helpful because it organizes its website with bolded titles. For example, there is a section called "fixing the food chain" and in that whole section it talks about examples of how we could fix the food chain, or how people have tried to fix it. Occasionally, they throw in a few pics here and there with a description of what is going on. These photos are very interesting to look at & read because they are based on food waste and what is going on. This article mentions how restaurants waste a ton of food, because they over order, fearful that they will run out. If you are researching food waste as your topic, I say that you visit this wensite, give it a good read, and try using it in your research paper. It is extremely helpful and full of great information!
I am also doing my Research topic on food waste and I checked out your website. I found it helpful with elaborating more on the different ways that we waste food like how grocery stores, households, and restaurants all waste copious amounts of food that is still good and could be used to feed the hungry. The pictures provide a good visual for people to really see how much food is really wasted by certain chains of food producers. Thank you for this recommendation!
