It's just Sugar

Throughout my research, I really have been focused on the sugar intake of our daily lives. How the intake of sugar is a first thought in our minds and how it’s an addiction to our bodies. I believe this is the growth of my research paper and how I can divide other material to support it. The falling of my paper I can say is the second question of my paper. I do not know if I should delete or keep it for other people sake. As time goes by, it seems to get harder and harder with the research paper.

I want help finding what other people think of sugar in their daily lives and how does it affect them. When getting a certain number of people with diabetes and non-diabetes people, I think I’ll know how much impact sugar has on their lives. Seeing how sugar impact on the other people will be a great part of the intake of sugar. Truthfully, people don’t really understand how much sugar you should have in one day, because if they did; they wouldn’t eat a whole bunch of sugar. Even skinny people like me wouldn’t even eat a whole bunch of sugar, if we knew how much sugar we are supposed to have. Since I am doing this paper, I will tell you all in this paper how much you are supposed to have and not how much you want. It’s a difference between want and need. I found what I need in my research paper now.

  1. I think my sugar intake on a daily basis is too high, although in a way I think it keeps me energized. Many people who drink energy drinks know that it has a ton of sugar, but they need the energy. With that example I would say many people knowingly take major amounts of sugar, not caring about the risks that come with it.

  2. I know for a fact that I eat way more sugar than I need to, but sugar is so much in our diet now, that our bodies are used to it. People also intake too much fried and fast foods, but sadly this is how America "trained" us to eat. People don't care about the affects of all of this stuff. For example, there is this show called, "My 600 Pound Life", where the people are way over weight. These people want help, but there bodies are always craving the fast food/sugar. I hope your research paper can inform a lot of people, and essentially make people make better choices.
