Overcoming Obesity Course 2

I did my research on overcoming children obesity or just all types of obesity in general and I feel like I have some information that would help another that is talking or just around this subject in general. So, this process of obesity has always started at a young age and goes on beyond that depending on how they want the rest of their life to play out which most likely happens, but we do have those type of people that work very hard to not become so big when they grow up. Those people are seen as hardworking, and dedicated big fellas especially if they cut down a lot on their food, drinking and junk food. I'm doing my research particularly on a College basketball player that struggled most of his life with obesity and is now on his way to a successful platform as the outcome. hopefully this gives whoever is just around this subject a better idea on what to write about because I know looking at others helped me. The best thing that helps with being healthy would have to be drinking water because water solves a lot of problems in this world.

  1. That's cool. I like what you are researching about, I hope you touch someone's heart about this story. Truthfully, I didn't know that a college basketball player had struggled with obesity, the media never played it out. Which can be a good or bad thing?
