In my research paper, I am writing about how the way animals are treated and raised affect the meat/ products they produce. In this paper, I hope to find out more about the specifics of the question, such as which products will it affect the most, and if it is really that unhealthy for us to be eating those products. I alas I want to find out if there is really a tell tale difference between meat from animals with good lives and animals with no sunlight or space to move. I am searching for how the stress on their brains affect their body, and how that affects their production overall. I am having some trouble finding information about how exactly humans are affected by the whole thing, not just the animals. I know it causes disease, but is that all it causes, and what other things can It cause?

I'm doing my paper on poultry farms and the lives of the chicken involved, and how allowing farmers to raise the produce as they see fit would benefit the company the farmer and the chicken. I've been looking at how the the farms themselves have an effect on the people who live near them. I found out that contract farmers' produce has more recalls than farmers who raise cage free chickens. That's how I've been going about it, hope this helps in some way :)
