Who is responsible for the bad food we are eating?

This source may not be in depth but it does give information about a variety of topics. For me personally, it gives information on how our food choices are both personal and political, how our food choices are influenced, and policy reforms we need to improve our current eating habits. This is helpful to my research question: Who is most responsible for the bad food we are eating and how can they help fix it? This site also covers questions like "Aren’t companies just selling what the public wants to eat?" ,  "Why Can't People Just Choose to Eat Healthy Foods?", and "What's Wrong with Our Industrial Food System?" just to name a few. This website is not good to use as a main source to draw on for information however it can be a good secondary source.
